Deliveries arrive every Wednesday and Thursday between 9am-6pm. To receive delivery by Thursday, please place orders by 11:30 am Monday; later orders will roll over to the following week.

We deliver our bases fresh from the oven, ready to freeze on arrival.

OUR BASES

We’re extremely proud of our pizza bases - and for good reason. Each one is slow-fermented for 24 to 48 hours, then hand-stretched and par-baked on stone, using only the finest ingredients and absolutely no additives - no enzymes, preservatives, or improvers.

Crafted with a blend of triple wheat flours, including Italian 00 flour, semolina, and wheat germ, our bases are high in fibre, low in salt, and designed to be nutritious, easily digestible, and full of authentic flavour.

Available in 9-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch, and 14-inch sizes, our pizza bases are ideal for both professional kitchens and pizza lovers at home.
