Shipping

All orders are dispatched on a no-signature-required basis.

If you request delivery to be left unattended or no one is available to accept it, we are not liable for loss, theft, damage or contamination.

Once delivered to the address or safe place provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Bank Holidays: We do not ship on Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these times will arrive the following Thursday.

Cancellations & Returns

As our products are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us on the day of delivery with photos and order details so we can investigate.

Allergens

Some products may contain nuts or other allergens.

All ingredients and allergen information are listed on our website. Please review this before placing your order.

Storage Responsibility

All perishable items must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery.

We are not responsible for deterioration resulting from improper handling after delivery.
